Plum Street Remodel, Staging and Listing

My client bought this small, older, very tired and original 3 bedroom, 1 bath home and we proceeded to gut it, enlarge it and do a complete remodel. The original third bedroom was converted to the new dining room and the original kitchen which was dark and tiny was opened up enlarged and given access to the back yard through a set of French Doors.. The new 3rd bedroom with master bath was added and the front porch was created to add both dimension and curb appeal to the front of the home. The choice for finishes were white and grey, neutral and clean, which was just starting to appear in home design and the buying audience loved it.
