Corte Cayuga Cosmetic Refresh and Staging

This property was in need of updating. Red and gold walls and lots of dark furniture and collectibles were removed. The interior of the house was painted a beautiful white, the window coverings were removed to showcase the big windows and classically elegant furnishings were used to stage the house. Using some of the clients furnishings, but editing and styling and bringing in lots of white, the house had a lot of appeal and sold immediately over asking.
