Manor Drive Listing and Staging

This was a 1934 tiny jewel box of a home with classic architectural elements that were getting lost with the heavy masculine furnishings in here. By adding some shine with gold, brass and glass the house appeared larger and more refined. The original fir floors were showcased, heavy rugs were removed and the lighter upholstered pieces became a nice contrast to the dark floors. The tiny dining room which had been dark red was lightened and the use of a glass table helped to enlarge the space.
