A quick refresh of new paint and flooring made this long term largerental house appear freshly remodeled. The clients really liked color and wanted the house to appear family friendly and fun, so a lively colorful palette and whimsical accessories were used throughout to make sure the home didn't appear to formal or serious. Ironically, the buyer was a single man.
