Magical setting aside, this house was rough and needed some TLC without spending a lot of money. Only painting and repairing those items that were absolutely necessary and working within the color palette that was in place was challenging but fun. Opting for white cotton duck furnishing and lots of wicker for texture the house in the trees on the creek in funky Fairfax drew a crowd and found just the right buyer.
